This is a 4-week series for finding unity through our bodies, minds, and hearts. Together, we create a welcoming environment by sharing yoga, breathing, meditation, and writing, where all authentic expression is honored and respected. This Wisdom Circle gently offers a blank canvas for us to feel our tension patterns that create pain and suffering. Together we hold mindful ease and transformation for each other.

A note from LiveGlobally: The proceeds from the Online Auction will provide: Accessible therapeutic online programs for the Durham community and beyond. Community Mindbody Centering Yoga (MBCY) in Durham Central Park. Emergency Covid trauma relief for the Ingrid School Community in Nairobi, Kenya. Water filters for families in Drake Bay, Costa Rica.
